Supporting your projects to contribute to food self-sufficiency
We work with organizations and individuals who wish to develop innovative food production solutions in their region, through two main activities:
-
The development of aquaponic farms
-
The management of a network of aquaponic farms
Developing aquaponic farms: A tailored approach from co-creation to self-sufficiency

Step 1: Studies and Design
This phase represents comprehensive support for project leaders, aimed at developing customized and innovative food production solutions. It employs precise working methods, similar to research and management practices, to ensure planning and consultation.

Step 2: Construction
ÉAU supports the development of aquaponic farms based on cutting-edge technologies. The construction is geared towards ultra-productive facilities that guarantee year-round food production, regardless of weather conditions.

Step 3: Training
The goal of this step is to empower operators and make aquaponics technology accessible to everyone, even those without prior agricultural experience. This approach reduces the risk of human error and operational costs related to labor and management.
